Substantial modifications will be notified by updating the date at the top of the Agreement and posting the revised version at https://tokenizehelp.com/terms-of-service. Modifications will take effect upon publication, and your continued access or use of the Website will be considered acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the Website immediately.

Custody and Non-Fiduciary

Refunds on Contributions

Tokenize Help provides the contributor with all information that the cause creator makes available during their campaign and disclaims responsibility for refunds due to unmet goals or misrepresentation of the cause. A cause reversal button will be available, and contributors may be eligible to receive a refund in stable crypto within 180 days after the campaign ends, less platform fees, if they hold the digital asset.

Tax Basis for Refunds

All operations conducted on the website will be in the basis of stable cryptocurrency and will be converted and refunded under the same taxable base regardless of the fiat or crypto currency used to make the contribution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokenize Help will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Arbitration Center established by agreement of the parties.

Exclusion of Class Action and Jury Trial

Disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tokenize Help regarding your use of the Website, replacing any prior agreements.

Gas Fees and Commissions

You will be responsible for gas fees associated with blockchain transactions and bank commissions made through the Website.
